- 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Dues due on the 1st.
Payment is due at the time of service. Unpaid visit balances receive reminders at 7 and 14 days. After 21 days, non-emergency visits are paused. After 45 days, the account may go to collections and a $25 billing fee may apply. Membership dues are due on the 1st; scheduling pauses after 15 days past due. A $50 fee applies to late cancels and no-shows. Emergency care is not withheld.
