Clear cash prices before the visit. You know the cost before we come to your home.
House-call care costs more than a grocery-store clinic because the visit comes to you and is unhurried. Prices below are all-in for the visit. Labs and imaging are billed separately by those companies.

HSA and FSA welcome. A superbill is available on request.
Payment is due at the time of service unless a membership is active.
Unpaid balances receive reminders at 7 and 14 days. After 21 days, non-emergency visits are paused. After 45 days, the account may go to collections and a $25 billing fee may apply. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead to avoid the $50 fee. Emergency care is not withheld.
